Country recording artist Shari Rowe and an all-star team of Arizona’s favorite artisan chefs and farmers pair up with Scott Foundation foster youth to create a culinary experience for the guests and kids, also to raise funds for their Culinary Programs. Learn more about these growing Thought & Service Leaders turning their pain into something positive. 5 Volunteers are needed to help oversee the Guest Check-In Area. One of the five positions will need to take the lead Management role so prior experience, helpful. Responsibilities include setup and tear down of this area, checking IDs, issuing guests lanyards and identifying count of guests by area – GA or VIP. There is only one Welcome/Guest Check-In Area. Check-In list provided and VIP Guests will be expedited. Volunteer lanyards will be provided to help clearly identify those working in this area. Volunteer Area Manager will be required to attend a pre-shift meeting at 5:00PM to help answer any questions before gates open to the public at 6:00PM. Lot’s Fashion Paw Tea Fundraising Brunch – a public awareness, fundraising and appreciation event intended to help raise community awareness, build lifelong donors and raise funds. The brunch is a “mission-based” event providing inspiration and education about our Foster Youth Programs while teaching compassion and empathy to present Thought & Service Leaders who are helping senior dogs. Volunteering for Event Set-Up begins at 8AM and includes Silent and Live Auction area, table centerpieces, programs, branded table signs, banner and any additional items that make the event complete before doors open at 10:30.

The brunch is a “mission-based” event providing inspiration and education about our Foster Youth Programs while teaching compassion and empathy to present Thought & Service Leaders who are helping senior dogs. Volunteering for Tear-Down begins at 2:30PM or immediately following the event. Assisting with clean up and removal of all event items, clearing tables and moving things back into trucks. Cartwright's staff will be present early to help clear, clean and set tables before the doors open to the public for dinner at 4PM. This job is typically pretty fast with many folks jumping in to help. In years past, perhaps an hour to an hour and a half at most.

One of the eleven positions will need to take the lead Management role so prior experience, helpful. Responsibilities include setup and tear down of this area, keeping tables clear of trash, answer any guest questions, tear down tables & chairs after the event. This area support 280 Guests and 35 round tables. Volunteer lanyards will be provided to help clearly identify those working in this area. Volunteers will be required to attend a pre-shift meeting at 5:00PM to help answer any questions before gates open to the public at 6:00PM. Volunteering with Raffle Tickets responsibilities include, set-up of the Raffle Tickets area, cash and credit card sales of tickets, guiding assistance with Scott Foundation foster kids who will additionally be promoting ticket sales as they mingle. Additionally helping guests with questions and organizing finally sales summary at the end of the event.

A point of sale system will be onsite to assist with along with a Step-By-Step process to assist with seamless execution.

Table Hosts are key volunteers, donors, community leaders, Board members and friends of Scott Foundation who would like to share their interest in the organization by inviting nine other community members who may be interested in: - Learning more about Scott Foundation - Providing financial support - Introducing other potential donors to the foundation Your main function, as a Table Host, is to fill your table with people who fit into one or more of the bullet points above. At each Table Host Informational Session, you will learn tips and tools needed to be a Table Host. Lot’s Fashion Paw Tea fundraising brunch, presented by YOUR NAME HERE. This event features inspirational testimonials from the kids, partnering agencies, and a presentation on the foundation’s mission, focusing on the great need for Scott Foundation’s services in the community. The brunch is the organization’s largest fundraising event of the year, supporting its valuable Foster Youth programs. A dozen plus Foster Youth will be in attendance to share their stories of working with the community and how their actionable plans are making the world better than they found it. A Champagne Welcome Reception & Registration begins at 10:30 am and the event will run from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
